Glad to get Melanie's e-mail about the birth of her son a few minutes before I left wi-fi access in Veseli. Nice of the Sladeks to give me a lift to the train station and clarify at the ticket booth that there were no detours by bus needed today, so only a one-train trip this time!
Nice day for a walk in Brno, so hiked from the train station to Lucie and Martin's. Used the brew-pub from Wednesday as a landmark (photo below) and located the apartment terrace on google earth, so a pretty smooth trip all around.
Four out of five of the solo travel days are now done, though this one only required a small bag. Wednesday will be a bigger challenge, as there will be at least two segments and both large suitcases!
